Serve appetizers, skewers, and finger-foods right from the large warming tray, or serve recipes that you've prepared in your own heat-safe casserole dishes and pans while they're kept warm on the electric warming tray. Each included chafing pan holds 2.5 quarts of food, perfect for main dishes and large sides. Each pan has a transparent domed lid, and convenient lid rests hold the lids open so guests can serve themselves without touching anything. The buffet server provides consistent, adjustable heat to keep food warm for hours without overheating. Easily adjust the temperature with a turn of the dial. Once set, the buffet server cycles on and off to maintain the right temperature.
