Fan-forced internal circulation prevents uneven temperature distribution as is often produced by plate-cooled units, ensuring all of your wine reaches your desired temperature and does so quickly. For Built-In installations, please allow a minimum of 1 in. to 2 in. of clearance at the back for proper ventilation and service access. The unit must be installed in an area protected from the elements, (wind, rain, etc.), and that allows the unit to be pulled forward for servicing.
